IBPSA is thrilled to announce that the speaker and session line-up for the 2018 Pet Care Services Educational Conference & Trade Show is now online at petcareconference.com and EARLY BIRD registration is open! This year we’re thrilled to be in St. Louis, Missouri, October 2-4, 2018, PLUS we have four pre-conference workshops happening September 30 – October 1.
Our keynote presentation is by acclaimed speaker, author, and mediator Debra Vey Voda-Hamilton, Esq., who has been featured in and on Today, New York Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, Wall Street Journal, U.S. News and World Report, Reuters, and The Huffington Post. Debra brings her warmth and wisdom as a mediator and conflict coach to provide key insights for building your business, addressing disagreements, and keeping clients.
We also have Joel Silverman of Animal Planet (and much more) fame, plus Arden Moore, whose podcast Oh Behave, with more than 700,000 people tuning in from all over the world, was recently picked by Oprah.com as one of the top three pet podcasts “for people who are obsessed with animals.” How fun is that? Along with Debra, Joel, and Arden, all of our speakers are dedicated to educating and inspiring the owners, managers, and key employees of pet boarding and daycare facilities, pet sitters, veterinarians, groomers, trainers, and more working in the pet care services industry.

This year’s conference and trade show happen at Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel in St. Louis. Nestled in the city’s impressive West Port Plaza area, the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, exclusive shops, and entertainment. We’re also particularly excited to have St. Louis as our host city because, if you’re not familiar with “the Gateway City” and surrounding area, it may be one of the best kept travel secrets around. In addition to the legendary arch, Missouri’s very own wine country is nearby, and for those who are roadtripping before or after the conference, Lake of the Ozarks is just a few hours away.
